We had our first all in and a call between two of the short stacks on table fourteen. Andrew Hulme was the player all in holding pocket aces against the A-7 of Stavros Ioannou.
Stavros stands up and says "Let me get lucky, one time!"
The flop comes K--J--J, so good so far for Andrew who came into the day as the shortest stack.
The turn card comes a Queen.
The river is a TEN!!
Both players river a straight and Stavros does get lucky.
Andrew still short stack and looking for a double up.
